1. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with leading global carriers including SF Express, EMS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and swiftly.

Shipping Rates:

  • Orders under $200: FREE shipping via SF Express.
  • Orders over $200: FREE Express shipping via FedEx or DHL.

Processing & Transit Times:

  • Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Estimated Transit: 7-15 business days.

*Note: We do not charge sales tax. However, customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import tariffs if applicable. We cannot ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.*

2. Order Tracking

Once your jewelry is on its way, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the status in their system.

3. Returns & Refunds

At Jewrizo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us via Email at sales@jewrizo.com or WhatsApp at +86 18000181458 to request a return.
  2. Pack the items securely in a sturdy box (please do not use paper envelopes as jewelry can be damaged).
  3. Ship the package and provide us with your tracking number.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
  • Refunds will be processed via PayPal to the original payment source or our associated account: ipodsuite@gmail.com.
  • Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any potential loss during return transit.
