Delivery
Normally, we ship your package by ePackage, SF express, EMS, FedEx, DHL or UPS. And please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
Tax: We do not charge any sales tax.

Handling time: 1-3 business days.
Transit time: 7-15 business days.
Shipping fee is $15 ( SF Express 15-20 days) or $35 (FedEx or DHL 5-7 days), Free shipping for orders over $50, We use SF Express for free shipping for orders under $200 and FedEx or DHL for free shipping for orders over $200.
Tariff should be paid by the customer.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email about the tracking information.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to show.
Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the orders in 7 days and your money will be returned in 3 days after we receive the products.
- Please send the return items in a box, not in an envelope.
- Send a refund request via email(sales@jewrizo.com) or var whatsapp (8618000181458), then ship the products back, send your tracking number to our email or whatsapp. After we receive your products, we will return your money in 3 days, we will send the money via paypal (ipodsuite@gmail.com).
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. If free shipping was offered on your original order, a $15 shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise. When shipping your return items, we highly recommend saving the tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
