Normally, we ship your package by ePackage, EMS, FedEx or UPS. And please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

We do NOT have overnight shipping.

 Tracking 

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email about the tracking information.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to show.

 Returns For Exchange 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for an exchange.
We will only accept returns for exchanges. We do not offer refunds. Only one time exchange is allowed.
Please fill out the Exchange Form provided on the back of your invoice and include it in your return package.

  • You must request an Exchange Authorization Code (E.A.C.) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to sales@jewrizo.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Your merchandise must be postmarked within 3 business days after the E.A.C. is issued.

  • No exchange without an E.A.C. will be accepted. An E.A.C. is not a guarantee that the returns will be accepted.

  • Eligibility Requirements for Exchanges: The item must be in salable condition, unworn and undamaged, in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns that are not acceptable will be sent back to the customer.

  • Please send the return items in a box, not in an envelope. Do not write anything or apply any tape on the wig box or package.

  • A re-stocking fee of $15.00 or 15% of original price per item (whichever is greater) will be charged.

  • No discounts are allowed on exchanges. (All coupon codes are not valid on exchanges.)

  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. If free shipping was offered on your original order, a $15 shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise and the shipping cost of the exchange order. Collect shipments will be refused. When shipping your return item, we highly recommend saving the tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Once you have received your exchange, you may not request a second exchange.
